Labour day is the day of creation of the labour movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievement of workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contribution, workers have made to the strength, prosperity and well being of our country. Labour day was celebrated in Pratap Public School, Panipat on 30th April, 2016.Students of class I honoured the support staff by presenting them flowers. A special assembly inaugurated the day wherein  Gunjan of class VIII delivered a speech on Labour Day. The students of class VII (A & B ) dedicated a song " Aashayen khile dil ki" for the support staff it was followed by a group dance "Mitwa - O - Mitwa" of class V .The cultural programme overwhelmed the support staff and they expressed their gratitude. The Principal Mrs Poonam Sharma  handed over a token of appreciation sent by the Management to all the members of support staff.
