Pratap Public School, a renowned chain of progressive and futuristic educational institutions, is run and managed by the Rai Saheb Ch. Pratap Singh Charitable Trust, which was registered in June 1964. The Trust laid the foundation of Pratap Public School Karnal in 1975. Over the years, the institution has grown from strength to strength, achieving remarkable milestones in the field of education.
The school was affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for instruction upto X grade in 1985, and was subsequently upgraded to the Senior Secondary Level in 1989. Encouraged by the success of PPS, Jarnailly Colony, a second school was established sector – 6, karnal, in 1992, for imparting education from Nursery to Senior Secondary Level .
In keeping with its commitment to extending quality education to rural and semi-urban areas, the Trust opened another branch at Jundla in 2009, followed by one more on the outskirts of Panipat in April 2013. Both these branches are also affiliated with CBSE up to the Senior Secondary Level.
Pratap Public School remains steadfast in its mission to provide quality education in a child friendly environment through innovative teaching methodolies and an activity oriented curriculum.
